This weekend marks more than a celebration—it marks a testimony fulfilled.
We are beyond proud to honor Our Visionary and Founder, Anthony Ray Gardner, Jr., MaEd, as He walks boldly into a moment many only dream of. This is His weekend—a weekend of reflection, reward, and recognition for the road He has walked, the tears He has cried, the prayers He’s prayed, and the purpose He’s refused to let go of.
On Friday, May 9th, Anthony stood among the Class of 2025 at East Carolina University’s Commencement Ceremony, a moment filled with honor and pride. But on Saturday, May 10th at 3:00 PM, He will officially walk across the stage to receive His Master’s Degree in Adult Education, a moment that didn’t come easy—but one that was earned through sacrifice, endurance, and a deep trust in God.
This powerful accomplishment also makes Anthony a two-time ECU graduate. In 2023, He received His Bachelor’s Degree in University Studies, a program known for its versatility, leadership, and academic resilience. Earning two degrees back-to-back is no small feat—especially while navigating major health challenges, launching ministry programs, leading a nonprofit, and pushing through personal obstacles that would have caused many to quit. But not him. Not this time.
What makes this moment even more inspiring is that Anthony didn’t just graduate for himself. He represents so many others who have silently battled while still showing up. He represents every student who’s had to take breaks because of health. Every person who juggled work, ministry, and school while silently fighting battles no one could see. Every survivor who’s ever wondered if God’s promise would still come to pass. This is the evidence that it will.
To those reading this, let this be more than an announcement—let it be fuel.
Fuel to keep pressing. Fuel to hold on to what God told you. Fuel to believe that no matter how delayed the promise feels, God is still in control and still writing your story.
This weekend is proof that you can be delayed, but not denied.
Anthony’s journey is one marked by unwavering faith.
There were seasons when his body said no, but his spirit said yes. There were times when life hit hard, but purpose hit harder. And now, here He is—standing as a vessel of victory. This degree is more than a title. It is confirmation. Confirmation that God's hand is still on His life. That His calling is still alive. And that purpose has a way of rising, even after the storm.
To God be the glory for all He has done. We give Him praise not only for the outcome—but for keeping Anthony through every step of the journey. This is a moment that heaven smiles on. Because when God elevates, He doesn’t do it quietly—He does it with power.
